Payment And Delivery
The buyer purchases goods by prepayment or cash on delivery using the Liqpay, Privat24 payment systems. Payment is made exclusively in the national unit - hryvnia. The minimum order amount is 350 hryvnia. For purchases of 2900 UAH - delivery is free.
When purchasing goods, the buyer acknowledges that he is 18 years old; that he is familiar with the terms and conditions stipulated in the public agreement (offer) of the Online Store; and that he gives permission to collect, process and transfer personal data, permission to process personal data, which is valid for the entire term of the Agreement, as well as for an unlimited period after its expiration.
The buyer independently places an order in the Online Store through the "Cart" form, or by placing an order by e-mail or by phone number specified in the contacts section of the Online Store.
When placing an order on the Online Store website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following mandatory information necessary for the Seller to fulfill the order, such as: last name, first name of the Buyer; address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address); contact phone number; delivery method.
The Goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by courier services of Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
All orders are processed and sent to customers daily during the store's working hours.
Delivery times for the Goods are carried out in accordance with the terms of the delivery service.
The cost of the Goods, which is indicated on the Online Store website, does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer. The Buyer pays the cost of delivering the Goods in accordance with the current tariffs of delivery services (carriers) directly to the delivery service (carrier) chosen by him.
Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must, in the presence of a representative of the delivery service (carrier), check the conformity of the Goods with the qualitative and quantitative characteristics (product name, quantity, completeness).
The Buyer or his representative, upon receipt of the Goods, confirms by his signature on the goods receipt/or in the order/or in the shipping bill for the delivery of the Goods that he has no complaints about the quantity of the Goods, the appearance and completeness of the Goods.
